What does setup usually involve?

How does the 10-day trial work?
Every new workspace starts on a 10-day Pro trial. When the trial ends without an upgrade, the workspace drops to the Free plan and paid-only channels, automations, CRM sync, and calendar booking stay paused until you upgrade.
What changes between Starter, Growth, and Pro?
Starter is for 1 seat with no automations. Growth adds 5 seats, WhatsApp, automations, analytics, and priority support. Pro removes seat limits and adds CRM sync, calendar booking, and white-label support.
Can I cancel without a long contract cycle?
Yes. Owners can cancel through the billing portal instead of needing a sales conversation to stop the subscription.

The backend uses authenticated, organization-scoped access checks so billing, integrations, and workspace actions stay tied to the tenant model.
How are integrations and webhooks protected?
The codebase includes encrypted token storage, webhook signature verification, and replay or duplicate protection on inbound deliveries.
