Three ways the inbox uses capacity
This is one product, not three subscriptions. Each meter tracks a different kind of work and resets on the first of every month.
AI Replies
When the AI sends a message to a customer, that counts as 1 AI Reply. One message = 1 reply. Three separate AI messages = 3 replies.
Example: A customer messages your Instagram DM. The AI sends one answer. That's 1 AI Reply. The same customer comes back later and the AI answers again. That's 2 AI Replies total for the month.
Heads up: Only AI-sent messages count here. Your team's manual replies do not. Internal checks and inbox browsing do not either.
Campaign Reach
When you start a WhatsApp conversation with someone first, that person counts once for the month, even if you follow up again later.
Example: You send a WhatsApp broadcast to 500 customers on March 1. That uses 500 reach. You follow up with the same 500 on March 15. Still 500. On April 1, the meter resets.
Heads up: This is only for proactive WhatsApp outreach. If the customer messages you first, that does not use Campaign Reach.
Automation Actions
When an automation sends a message or pushes data to another system, that counts as 1 Automation Action.
Example: An order ships and your workflow sends a WhatsApp update. That's 1 action. A new lead enters and the workflow sends a welcome message and pushes the lead into your CRM. That's 2 actions.
Heads up: Only automated work counts here. Manual replies do not. Internal checks such as conditions, lookups, or waits do not count by themselves.
API access is separate from these meters.
API requests, signed webhooks, and endpoint calls do not use a separate quota. Only the work they trigger counts, such as sending a WhatsApp message or pushing data into your CRM.
